Request a trailer pump mix from the plant:
Keep a clear pathway for pipe so nothing gets damaged. We need access to water and a designated wash-out area. Wash-out is not our responsibility.
A clean-out tub is sometimes available and is an additional cost if we bring one.
The concrete is not ours. We did not buy it and we did not deliver it. Clean-out debris from the concrete is the contractor’s responsibility.
If more than one truck is needed, there may be a short delay after the first truck arrives while the system is primed. After the line is pumping, the next truck should be no more than 20 minutes away. Two mixers should not sit waiting in Texas heat.
Payment is due upon completion. The pump foreman may require payment before we start.
